Buyer Broker Agreements are a must in this society, but I believe that if you are true to what you do and say, there is no sense in binding you down to an agreement and simply do not use these. I have a very easy and effective 4 step process and if you are ready to follow these steps, you are ready to complete a real estate transaction with me.

My Specialized Services
I am a specialized Realtor in the Oak Creek and Quail Hill Developments of Irvine for listings and buyers interested in these areas. While my business has taken on a more focused direction as to areas that I farm, I am an agent that can help my buyers navigate homes throughout other areas of Orange County, CA with the help of market trends and direction of programs available to First Time Home Buyers.
As a real estate broker having started my own company previously, I found that having an international exposure to my listings within an office like Coldwell Banker presents more opportunity for the homeowner experience and far surpasses my own interest of keeping my own small company just for the sake of keeping a higher commission.
My skill set involves obtaining the best mortgages for my clients, helping my seller list their home for the highest and best price for any economy, and helping buyers receive the experience of an aggresive negotiator working on their behalf to get the home that they deserve.
