Specialized Program

Short Refinance - Different than a short sale in that we work with you to see if you qualify for a refinance even if what you owe on your loan is more than the actual property value itself. 

With this option, your current lender would agree to a write off the balance owed on the property.  Not all lenders accept this option so contact us with your Application Request to find out if you qualify.
